Morphr is built and run by Andrew Butson. There is no support team or ticketing system behind it, just one person who reads every message.
What to write about
That address covers all of it: support questions, bug reports, feature feedback, press enquiries, and questions about privacy or these policies. There is no need to pick the “right” category. A plain description of what you need is enough.
Reporting a bug
Because files are converted entirely in your browser and never uploaded, Andrew Butson cannot see, recover, or inspect the file that caused a problem, since there is no copy on any server to look at. Instead of attaching the file, describe it: the format you started from, the format you converted to, the file size, and exactly what went wrong (an error message, a corrupted result, a hang). If you can reproduce the issue with a file you are comfortable sharing, attaching it helps, but it is never required.
Response time
Morphr is a small, independently run site with one person behind it, so please allow a few days for a reply. Every message is read, even if a full answer takes a little while.
Security issues
If you have found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly rather than filing a public issue. See /.well-known/security.txt for the current contact and disclosure details (RFC 9116).
